In Spring 2015, Pratt Humanities and Media studies faculty member Anna Moschovakis received a prestigious Howard Fellowship, Architecture faculty member David Burney was named interim executive director of the American Institute of Architects New York chapter, and faculty member Rebeccah Pailes-Friedman participated in a high-profile panel discussion on wearable technology at the tech-forward SxSW festival in Austin. Additionally, fine arts faculty John OConnor and alumna Kako Ueda received New York Foundation for the Arts Awards Fellowships and School of Information and Library Science faculty Irene Lopatovska was awarded a Fulbright Scholar grant for the 2014-2015 academic year.
