Plymouth State University

Plymouth State University is a public university offering outstanding academic and co-curricular opportunities based on "experiential learning". Our students to take advantage of all the learning opportunities that occur during their college experience both inside and outside of the classroom. Plymouth State University has an enrollment of approximately 4,100 undergraduate and close to 2,000 graduate students. The 170-acre campus offers a New England classic look combined with up-to-date facilities including the AllWell (Active Living, Learning, and Wellness) Center, Lamson Library and Learning Commons, the Boyd Science Center, Langdon Woods, a LEED certified, environmentally conscious residence hall, and Hanaway Rink. PSU offers 52 undergraduate majors, more than 60 minors, an innovative University Studies program for students still deciding on a major, and 75 graduate degree and certificate programs. PSU provides an educational experience that you would expect from a small private school; small classes taught by dedicated professors; personal attention from faculty and staff; and outstanding opportunities to lead and to serve. Students are encouraged to broaden their academic experience through international or national student exchange programs or internships, or other experiential learning experiences that provide service to others.
