Holy Apostles College and Seminary

The mission of Holy Apostles College and Seminary is to cultivate lay, consecrated, and ordained Catholic leaders for the purpose of evangelization. The Bachelor of Arts program offers a four-year philosophically based Catholic liberal arts degree with the choice of four majors: Theology, Philosophy, English in the Humanities, and History in the Social Sciences. The curriculum is designed to prepare students for graduate studies and leadership roles in the Catholic Church. The 60-credit core curriculum consists of seven Catholic theology courses: Catechism I and II, Scripture, Bioethics, Theology of the Body, Apologetics, and Moral Theology. There also are five philosophy courses: History of Ancient Philosophy, Metaphysics, History of Medieval Philosophy, Philosophical Anthropology, and Philosophy of God. Other required courses include two language courses and six courses in the traditional liberal arts disciplines, with a special focus on literature and history. Students have the unique opportunity to study alongside seminarians and religious sisters. Holy Apostles offers all of its undergraduate programs 100% online as well as 100% on campus, so students can choose the mode of delivery in which they want to learn. Holy Apostles has developed an Online Writing Lab available to all students in its programs and has launched a series of non-credit Massive Open Online Courses at Hacsmooc.cc, in which anyone is welcome to enroll for free. Holy Apostles has two daily Masses. Confession is available before each 7:15 AM Mass as well as twice a week in the afternoon. Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament is available during the daily Holy Hour.
