Endicott College was the first College in the nation to require all students to complete yearly internships. Today, Endicott remains dedicated to that vision and every traditional undergraduate student completes a first-year experience program, three work-experience internships, and a senior thesis. Endicotts competency-based curriculum exposes students to their field of study early in the program. Students select from 34 Bachelor programs, 45 concentrations, and 39 minors. Master programs are offered in Business, Education, Computer Science, Homeland Security, Nursing and Interior Architecture. Doctoral programs are available in Education Leadership (Ed.D.), Applied Behavioral Analysis (Ph.D.), Nursing (Ph.D.) and coming soon, Physical Therapy (DPT). The Colleges mission emphasizes a spirit of excellence, pursuit of scholarly and creative interests, community service and taking intellectual risks.
