The Saints compete in the Frontier Conference with an associate membership in the Cascade Conference for softball and soccer. Carroll currently sponsors 15 varsity sports with approximately 25% of the student body participating in a varsity sport. Carroll football is one of the most successful football programs in the NAIA, winning six national titles. The Saints have won the Frontier Conference All-Sport Bandy Award a record 13 times.
